Your commitment to us:
We ask you to attend all the appointments you have made with us or provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation when necessary.
We ask you to take care of your oral health and use the maintenance techniques we teach you.
We ask you to settle your fees upon request.
If you are happy with the treatment and service we provide, please refer patients you feel would also benefit from the services we offer.
Crescent Dental Care cannot be accessed by people with a severe disability.
Visually impaired clients who choose not to bring their own chaperone will be offered this service by the clinic and may request this service in advance of their appointment if they so wish. Visually impaired or people with reading difficulties may request a copy of our Statement of Purpose in large type from the clinic.
If you have any disability or special requirement which you think may cause difficulty in accessing our services, please inform our reception staff when booking your appointment or on your arrival and we will to our best to accommodate you.
If you are not able to keep your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given a charge may be made.
